6. TRANSFER and ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: If you are a Health Tourist coming within the scope of International Health Tourism, your transfer information, flight ticket round trip information, hotel accommodation information.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

Your Personal Data is processed for the following purposes:
