Mesotherapy

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a treatment applied to the middle layer of the skin. As it is known, systemic treatments first participate in the blood circulation and then take effect. With the mesotherapy method, the drug mixtures applied to the ota part of the skin by microneedling initiate regeneration and treatment stimulation in the area where it is directly applied.

Mesotherapy started to be applied in France in the 1950s and has taken its place among the effective treatment methods with the changes in the ingredients and injection methods applied until today.

In addition to skin renewal treatments, mesotherapy can be used in many areas such as pain treatment, fibromyalgia treatment, joint disorders, hair loss treatments, cellulite and regional fat burning.

Application Areas of Mesotherapy

  • Mesotherapy for Aesthetic Purposes

    • Cellulite Treatment: Cellulite is actually a kind of circulatory disorder. Due to hormonal causes, passive life style, working conditions, deterioration occurs in the tissue that forms the main structure of our skin, which we call connective tissue, thickened fibrin tissues in this damaged structure disrupt circulation and a bumpy appearance called orange peel is formed on the surface of the skin. Cellulite mesotherapy provides the elimination of this problem by repairing the connective tissue in this damaged structure on the one hand and regulating the impaired circulation on the other hand. In order to prolong the effectiveness and duration of the procedure, it is necessary to pay attention to activities such as walking, sports and diet.

  • Skin Rejuvenation and Renewal: Mesotherapy initiates new protein synthesis by injecting microneedles into the middle dermis layer of the skin and increases collagen and elastin synthesis of the skin. It makes the skin look brighter, more vibrant and shrinks the pores. It is seen that the skin is tightened. Provides skin elasticity, moisturizes the skin, reduces wrinkles, prevents oxidative stress, reduces pigmentation.

  • Hair Loss Treatment: Hair mesotherapy is the injection of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, capillary circulation accelerator drugs and organic materials that nourish the epithelial tissue into the middle layer of the skin. Thanks to this application, the hair follicles are both nourished and the tissue to which the follicles are attached is repaired. Since it also affects the anagen phase of the hair, hair growth and thickness increases. Recently, many studies conducted in Europe and America have changed the ingredients of hair mesotherapy and supportive treatments have emerged.

  • Weight Loss and Regional Slimming: When lipolysis mesotherapy is applied with appropriate diet and activity in our clients with excess regional fat in the arms, legs, waist circumference and abdomen, regional fat excess can be removed. Since these mesotherapy products provide fat destruction and trigger new collagen synthesis, these deposits can be removed without sagging.

  • Under Eye Mesotherapies:Since the skin under the eyes is thin, it is more prone to wrinkles, bruising and circulatory problems. Under-eye mesotherapies allow the tissue in this area to heal.

  • Medical Mesotherapy

    • Pain Management: Pain mesotherapy is a form of treatment used in musculoskeletal pain. Mesotherapy gives very effective results especially in low back, neck and back pain due to muscle spasms and joint pain. The most important benefit of pain mesotherapy is its radical effect on pain.
    • Rheumatic Diseases: It is to reduce stomach problems, liver and kidney problems due to the use of drugs such as painkillers and muscle relaxants that have to be used almost every day in chronic pain. In other words, the effect of locally applied pain mesotherapy on other organ functions is minimal. Other benefits of mesotherapy include the local and fast effect of the drug, the slow absorption of the drug, the use of low doses of the drug, long session intervals, and not affecting the patient's daily life and work life.
    • Muscle and Joint Disorders:Mesotherapy drugs combined with local anesthetic drugs are a fast and effective solution, especially in muscle spasms.

Working Principle of Mesotherapy

Its effectiveness is due to the embryological characteristics of the skin. In other words, the dermis layer of the skin consists of the mesoderm embryonic layer just like connective tissue, cartilage, bone, muscle and blood vessels, so all kinds of pathologies, diseases and injuries of mesoderm-derived tissues can be treated with mesotherapy drugs applied to the skin. In this way, it triggers regeneration in the mesoderm layer to which it is applied, and the active substances such as vitaimn, minerals, drugs etc. applied directly affect the tissue without entering the systemic circulation, that is, without being eliminated.
